At The Furniture Gallery, we want you to love your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the item to start the return process.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled if necessary and placed back in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Our specialized logistics partner will contact you within 3-5 business days to coordinate a convenient time for a white-glove pickup at your residence.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
